- Services Offered
We provide residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services as described on our website. We do not handle hazardous materials, biohazard cleanup, or tasks outside the scope of standard cleaning without prior agreement.
- Booking & Cancellations
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to half of the original payment, including tax.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons or policy violations.
- Access & Safety
- Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
- We ask that pets be secured and any hazards (e.g., broken steps, mold) be disclosed in advance.
- If our team is unable to access the property safely, the visit may be canceled and subject to a call-out fee.
- Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are arranged in advance.
- We accept major credit cards, e-transfers, or other secure online payment methods.
- All pricing is in CAD and subject to applicable taxes (GST/HST) based on provincial regulations.
- Liability
- While we take every precaution to provide safe and reliable services, Mary Ornid Cleaning Services is not liable for:
- Damage caused by improper item handling where instructions were not provided
- Items left behind or undisclosed hazards
- Contractor delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors
Any damage must be reported to the Mary Ornid Cleaning Services staff while they are still on site. Mary Ornid Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damage reported after the staff has left the property
- Client Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning areas are reasonably accessible and free from clutter.
- Notify us in advance of any special care requirements.
- Treat staff with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abuse or unsafe conditions.
- Privacy Policy
- We collect only the information needed to provide services: name, contact details, service location, and payment info.
- Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
- We use secure third-party platforms for payment and communication.

- Service Guarantee
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you’re not happy with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

• You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.
• Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mary Ornid Cleaning Services. will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
